What do I need to start?

Just message us on WhatsApp and we guide you through it. To register a company we will ask for:

Each director's SA ID number and a clear copy of the ID (a certified copy for some steps)
Each director's residential and postal address
One to four proposed company names (for name reservation)
A short description of what the business will do
The company's business or registered address
Contact details: an email address and a cell number
For the B-BBEE affidavit: your expected annual turnover
For the business bank account: the bank may ask for proof of address

How long does registration take?

CIPC company registration is usually filed the same day once we have your details and payment, and the certificate typically comes back within a few working days. Tax, B-BBEE and CSD follow right after.

Do I need to visit any offices?

No. Everything is handled for you and delivered on WhatsApp. For the business bank account we guide you through the bank's own steps.

Can you register an existing company for tax, B-BBEE or CSD only?
